WHAT WE DO
As a Site Development General Contractor, we self perform work on projects beginning with clearing and mass excavation through finish grading and paving, providing our clients with finished commercial and residential pads. This allows our clients to only work with one contractor, eliminating loop holes among trades and finger pointing. Universal Land assumes the risk and every stage of construction is our responsibility. Universal Land will also provide a proposal and contract for any scope we self perform from clearing, earthwork, wet utilities, and asphalt paving. On many projects, we start working with our clients during the first plan submittal and assist in the development of preliminary budgets. Value engineering is also a large part of our services. During the planning stages, Universal Land will make recommendations for design changes to reduce construction project cost and duration.
