WHAT WE DO
As a Heavy Civil Contractor, we self perform work on projects beginning with clearing, pre-wet and mass excavation through rough grade and if requested, rough grade re-establishment after underground is complete. On many projects, we start working with our clients during their first plan submittal. During the planning stages, Universal Land can recommend site grade design changes that will balance your site and reduce construction project cost and duration.
